Your daily work
- In our practice-oriented trainee program, you will learn everything related to the Accenture Quality Engineering Model within a very short time and immediately apply your valuable knowledge in a professional context.
- In doing so, you will use the latest tools and technologies and actively contribute to the success of your future projects.
- You will support, for instance, with test automation all the way up to DevOps as an agile tester, an AI or cloud tester, or a test data analyst.
- After the trainee program, you will receive various certifications (including ISTQB Foundation, Tosca AS1, and Scrum Master) and accompany our customers on a project basis. As a team member, you will help customers keep pace with the digital transformation through modern quality engineering solutions.
Qualifications
Who you are
- You have a university degree or formal vocational qualification in IT, informatics, computer science, software engineering, or similar.
- You bring knowledge of software development processes, ideally in the field of automation engineering, along with programming knowledge (e.g. Java, Python etc.)
- You exhibit great interpersonal communication skills, an analytical mindset, a strong customer service mentality, and enthusiasm for agile project work.
- You are willing to travel within Switzerland.
- You express yourself clearly and confidently in English and German.
