Your responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the smooth operation of the office and compliance with relevant guidelines at our location
  • As a "concierge" you take care of the requests of employees and visitors quickly and reliably
  • Since our employees have flexible workspaces, you will also ensure that everyone is accommodated at the office
  • You pay special attention to excellent service - this includes coordinating, cleaning and catering as well as checking safety regulations
  • You will take care of ordering office supplies and providing food and beverages at the office
  • You will work with a wide range of multimedia technology tools


What we’re looking forward to

  • Completed education in the hotel industry or in facility management preferred
  • Several years of experience in customer service, in connection with various organizational and administrative tasks
  • Ecellent English and full professional proficiency in written and spoken French or German
  • Interest in technology and in learning new working tools
  • Strong communication skills and service-oriented team player
  • Good self-organization and ability to set priorities correctly
