With our offerings in the area of Service Management Consulting, you support our customers in aligning their IT operating models with service and customer orientation in order to be able to drive the scaling of the business in an agile manner. Understanding and optimally combining the complexity of the "New Hybrid World" with traditional ITSM approaches as well as agile ones such as DevOps and SRE is only one aspect of our versatile tasks as consultants.

Your responsibilities

  • By analyzing the service management related problems of our customers you develop functional/technical concepts and realize the implementation together with your agile team.
  • You develop processes, operating models and organizations or help to implement large, global platform transformations with the team. In doing so, you will be able to find and successfully implement innovative solutions for a wide variety of problems faced by our customers.
  • Whether with a view to workflow processes, the introduction of supporting ITSM platforms in integrated system landscapes or the changes for employees and users - you take a holistic view of solutions.
  • Multi Cloud, AIOps, data-driven IT, SAFe, ITIL4, DevOps and SRE are topics you are passionate about. We use a wide variety of methods and models in our daily work. The modern IT of our customers is complex - we deliver the appropriate solutions.
  • You will be involved in the content of our customer projects, and we will support you in the permanent development of your skills. Gradually you will take on more responsibility in project management as well as team leadership tasks.


What we’re looking forward to

  • Very good university degree, e.g. in (business) informatics
  • Know-how of agile development methods or in project management, preferably with knowledge of ITSM and preferably with experience in leading (sub-)project teams
  • Fluency in English and the regional language (DE/FR)
  • Communicative team player with strong analytical skills and independent working style
