Your responsibilities

• In your pivotal role as IT and industry expert with a deep understanding of customer engagement orchestration, you’ll lead teams of data scientists and create custom IT solutions that will generate sustainable business advantages for our clients in the highly competitive pharmaceutical and life science industries.
• Your main tasks will include designing customer recommendation algorithms, building and activating HCP (health care professional) segmentation, and developing as well as implementing market mix models.
• After analyzing a client’s processes and requirements, you’ll develop data science use cases that will enable the clients to rise above their competitors. Additionally, you’ll help to scale said cases in different areas and for multiple regions.
• Working along the entire data value chain, you’ll use AI technology in order to boost the profitability of every function (marketing, research, development/engineering, sales), while simultaneously keeping an eye on the overall project progression and budget.
