You’ll accompany and support HR, IT and cloud-/platform-driven transformations and participate in the conceptualization and implementation of state-of-the-art HR, talent strategies and HR measures, e.g. the introduction of HR analytics solutions.
Therefore, you’ll define new roles and competence models, and create innovative learning concepts.
Furthermore, you’ll support follow-up measures (e.g. Change Strategy, Change Analytics and Agile Advisory) and innovative communication methods in the context of big transformations.
Within the projects, you’ll take on subprojects and leadership responsibility of your own and ensure that quality standards, budget specifications and deadlines are met.
Last but not least you’ll help us with the calculation of offers, also designing their content and presenting them to the client.
