Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Provide L1–L2 technical support for infrastructure, systems, and applications in production and development environments, both remotely and onsite, following defined operating models and processes. Act as the primary interface with users/clients to accurately diagnose issues and deliver effective resolutions across infrastructure, operating systems, networks, and application platforms, ensuring service stability and quality support.

Summary:
As an Infra Tech Support Practitioner, you will engage in a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of production and development systems. Your typical day will involve providing technical support and maintenance for software products and configured services across multiple platforms. You will work both remotely and onsite, addressing hardware and software issues while implementing technology solutions at the operating system level. Your role will require you to troubleshoot basic and intermediate level problems, ensuring that all systems function optimally and meet the defined operating model and processes.

- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the documentation of technical processes and procedures to enhance team knowledge.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power Platform Infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of server and network management.
- Experience with troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Familiarity with operating system-level implementations and configurations.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform Infrastructure.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
