Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, utilizing standard tools and APIs, and leveraging low-code platforms to deliver effective solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining system performance and compatibility.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in application engineering.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Varicent.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and support processes.
- Experience with low-code development platforms and APIs.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Familiarity with system stability and performance optimization techniques.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Varicent.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
