As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business process and application needs. The workday often includes analyzing requirements, developing software components, and adjusting configurations to optimize application performance. Continuous evaluation and refinement of applications to support evolving business demands are integral parts of the daily routine, fostering innovation and efficiency within the technology environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for effective application design.
- Maintain documentation related to application configurations and development processes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to enhance their technical skills and understanding.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Contact Center Technology Implementation.
- Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and application configuration techniques.
- Experience in integrating contact center solutions with existing business systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to contact center applications.
- Familiarity with scripting and automation tools to streamline implementation processes.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Contact Center Technology Implementation.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
