Javier is the global operations director for Accenture Strategy. In this role, he is responsible for bringing vision, leadership and proactive decision support to Accenture Strategy Business Operations.
Prior to joining Accenture, Javier worked as a facilitator, consultant and coach for Noble Partners Consulting and McKinsey & Company. At McKinsey, he spent five years advising clients across a variety of industries on how to achieve operational excellence through transformation. He spent an additional five years managing the McKinsey Capability Center, where he designed and delivered training programs for executives, managers and change agents. During that period, he led over 100 client learning programs and trained more than 2,500 individuals from multiple organizations.
Javier holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and a master's degree in operations research from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He is based in Atlanta.
