Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Assist in mentoring junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software processes to enhance efficiency and quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms and services to support scalable applications.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices.
- Ability to design and implement modular and reusable software components.
- Understanding of database management and interaction within enterprise applications.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
