  • As a Business & Technology Integration Manager in the Health & Public Services (H&PS) sector, you will specialize in aligning cutting-edge technology solutions with strategic business objectives to drive impactful transformation. This role bridges the gap between business needs and technological capabilities, ensuring seamless integration that enhances operational efficiency and service delivery.

📌 Skills:

  • Technology Strategy Development: Aligning tech solutions with business goals and creating strategic roadmaps.
  • Business Process Analysis: Optimizing workflows to enable effective tech integration.
  • Digital Transformation: Leveraging AI, cloud, and IoT to drive innovation.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborating across cross-functional teams and clients to ensure alignment.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Using data to inform decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Problem Solving & Analytical Thinking: Structuring issues and developing actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Aligning technical teams in strategic and business focus objectives. 

📌 Tools & Certifications:

  • Agile & Scrum: Product Owner (PO), Product Manager, SaFe.
  • Project Management: Any project management or Program Management certification.
  • Power BI: Data visualization and analytics
  • Six Sigma: Process improvement and quality control.
  • Capacity to plan, execute, and control the full lifecycle of an ERP implementation project (SAP, Oracle, Workday).
  • Software knowledge: Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Azure environment, Git.
