As a Delivery Lead at Accenture Financial Services – Technology, specializing in Pension Transformation, you will lead complex software implementation and migration programs for pension funds, pension administrators, and pension insurers. You will play a pivotal role in delivering digital transformation initiatives aligned with the evolving pension legislation, including the Dutch pension reform.

You will oversee the delivery of pension administration platforms, legacy system migrations, and integrations with external systems, ensuring strategic alignment, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.

Your main responsibilities as a Delivery Lead at Accenture

Program Delivery & Transformation

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of pension technology programs, from initiation through go-live and post-implementation support.
  • Manage implementations of pension administration systems, data migrations, and integrations with external platforms (e.g., payroll, CRM, regulatory reporting).
  • Ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery aligned with client objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks, including those related to compliance, data integrity, and third-party dependencies.

Stakeholder Alignment & Governance

  • Act as a strategic delivery partner to pension funds, administrators, and insurers.
  • Align delivery roadmaps with business goals such as transparency, risk control, and operational efficiency.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder environments, including regulators, software vendors, and actuarial teams.

Team Leadership & Coaching

  • Lead cross-functional teams of business analysts, developers, testers, and migration specialists.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, agility, and continuous improvement.
  • Support team development and knowledge sharing within the pension domain.

Communication & Reporting

  • Communicate progress, KPIs, risks, and delivery value to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Translate technical delivery roadmaps into business-relevant language for client stakeholders.
  • Facilitate workshops, demos, and review sessions to ensure alignment and transparency.

What you bring

  • Proven experience delivering software implementation projects in the pension domain, preferably with pension funds, administrators, or insurers.
  • Strong understanding of pension processes such as benefit calculations, participant onboarding, contribution flows, and data migration.
  • Familiarity with transitions to new pension legislation, including the Dutch pension reform.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
  • Stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to structure complex programs and motivate high-performing teams.

Bonus points if you have

  • Hands-on experience with pension administration platforms
  • Experience collaborating with actuarial teams and pension product owners.
  • Knowledge of integration patterns with payroll, CRM, or reporting platforms.
  • Expertise in data migration, reconciliation, and compliance within pension operations.
