Who we're looking for: 

We are looking for a skilled Cloud Engineer to support the design, deployment, and management of cloud-based infrastructure and services. This role requires experience in one or more cloud platforms or technologies such as Azure, AWS, SaaS, PaaS, or VMware. The successful candidate will contribute to building scalable, secure, and resilient systems while supporting automation, performance tuning, and ongoing cloud operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure using Azure, AWS, VMware, or relevant cloud platforms.

  • Support the integration and management of SaaS and PaaS solutions.

  • Automate deployments and infrastructure using scripting and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools.

  • Monitor and troubleshoot cloud environments to ensure reliability and performance.

  • Collaborate with IT, security, and development teams on cloud solutions and governance.

Key Skills and Experience:

  • Experience with at least one of the following: Azure, AWS, VMware, SaaS, or PaaS technologies.

  • Understanding of cloud architecture, virtualization, networking, and security principles.

  • Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell, Bash, or Python) and knowledge of automation tools.

  • Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD pipelines is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

Security Clearance Requirement: Given the secure nature of this role, we are seeking candidates who are Australian Citizens with an active security clearance or are eligible for obtaining security clearance.

This requirement ensures that all team members are cleared to handle sensitive information and contribute to maintaining the highest standards of security in our operations.

On-call and Shift Expectations: Our positions are primarily focused on managed services, meaning you will be responsible for maintaining and improving our clients' IT systems (Applications and Infrastructure). Flexibility and adaptability are key, as you may be required to work in shifts to provide continuous support. Additionally, you may need to be on call to address incidents promptly and perform after-hours deployment activities as needed. Your ability to effectively manage these responsibilities will be crucial to ensuring the seamless operation of our services and client satisfaction
