Ginger Dusek

Senior Managing Director –
Accenture Operations

Ginger Dusek is a senior managing director, leading Accenture Operations in North America. She is responsible for the growth and delivery of Business Process Services (BPS) across Accenture’s Midwest and Canada regions, and is a member of the North America Leadership Team and Global Leadership Council.

Prior to her current role, Ginger led Accenture’s North America BPS business across Accenture’s five operating units. In this role, she was responsible for the growth, delivery and innovation across some of Accenture’s largest clients. Earlier in her Accenture career, Ginger focused on building and leading health Business Process Services (BPS), including sourcing strategies, design of transition planning, mobilization and delivery. She launched and serves on the Board of Managers of Accenture’s Health Management BPS, supporting a full suite of Health Management back-office functions.

As a member of Accenture’s North America Inclusion & Diversity Council, Ginger focuses on unconscious bias and gender diversity. She also personally mentors Accenture people to become high-performing leaders in Accenture Operations.

Prior to Accenture, Ginger worked in the Health practice at Ernst & Young and for St. Luke’s Episcopal Health System in Houston, Texas. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Administration from Indiana University and a Masters in Health Administration from Washington University in St. Louis.

Ginger is a strong advocate for and supporter of animal rights. She also enjoys traveling and experiencing the city of Chicago, where she currently resides.
