I am a technology consulting manager with Accenture Consulting, currently focused on transforming clients in our Products operating group. I have more than eight years of experience working on large scale system implementation projects spanning multiple service lines.
I am currently the field operations manager for the PRESTO project. I ensure the day to day operations of the PRESTO farecard devices and network infrastructures are maintained and work! My team and I are responsible for installations, monitoring and maintenance of the fare card devices.
