You Are
You are an experienced Murex professional with a strong blend of technical expertise, business analysis capability, and leadership skills. You bring a solid understanding of capital markets products and front‑to‑back trade lifecycle processes, and you are comfortable acting as a subject matter expert while guiding and mentoring team members.
You are confident engaging with senior stakeholders, facilitating discussions, and translating complex business requirements into scalable Murex solutions. As an Associate Manager, you thrive in a collaborative environment, take ownership of deliverables, and contribute to solution design and key project decisions across multiple workstreams.
The Work
As a Senior Murex Specialist (Capital Markets), you will play a critical role in delivering technology and business transformation initiatives for Capital Markets clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as a Murex functional and technical subject matter expert, supporting the analysis of client business models, operating processes, and technology landscapes to design effective target‑state solutions.
Assessing current‑state systems and processes, identifying gaps, and contributing to the definition of future‑state business and technology solutions aligned with client objectives.
Leading and contributing to Murex product configuration across one or more functional areas, ensuring solutions meet business, technical, and regulatory requirements.
Supporting and facilitating requirements‑gathering workshops with business and technology stakeholders to drive alignment and clarity.
Developing and maintaining functional, process, and solution documentation, including business requirements, system designs, and implementation artifacts.
Collaborating closely with technical, testing, and integration teams to support successful solution implementation and delivery.
Applying analytical and problem‑solving techniques to identify risks, issues, and improvement opportunities.
Providing guidance, coaching, and oversight to junior team members, as appropriate to level.
Contributing to problem‑solving efforts across multiple workstreams, supporting the resolution of complex delivery challenges.
Identifying opportunities for process optimization, innovation, and value creation for clients.
What You’ll Need
Basic Qualifications:

6+ years of hands‑on Murex experience in development and/or business analysis roles within Capital Markets.

Strong experience with Murex product configuration across one or more functional areas (e.g., Front Office, Risk, Middle Office, Back Office).

Solid understanding of Capital Markets products and trade lifecycle processes.

Experience performing business process analysis and translating requirements into system solutions.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or Information Systems, or completion of a recognized college program in Computer Science.

Proven ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
Bonus Points If You Have

Experience leading or coordinating small to mid‑sized Murex workstreams or modules.

Exposure to large‑scale Murex implementations, upgrades, or transformation programs.

Advanced knowledge of specific Murex modules (e.g., Rates, FX, Credit, Risk, Accounting).

Prior consulting experience within a global professional services or financial services firm.

Familiarity with agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.

Experience working in multi‑location, global delivery environments.

Demonstrated interest in innovation, automation, or process improvement within Capital Markets technology.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
