You are:
A transformation expert adept with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. You’re in your element using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP systems. And you’re up for traveling regularly to client sites.
The work:
Act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
Be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively.
Be responsible for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions while providing solutions to problems for your immediate team and across various teams. Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement solutions to enhance system functionality. Provide training and support to team members on system usage. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of systems. Document processes and maintain records of system changes and updates.
This is a hybrid role in Montreal and will require 3 days per week in the office.
Qualifications
Here is what you need:
Minimum of 4 years in SAP Ariba Buying
Bachelor's degree or completion of college diploma
Must be bilingual (English/French) English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
Bonus Points if:
Expert proficiency in SAP Ariba Invoicing
Advanced proficiency in SAP Ariba Catalog, along with beginner proficiency in IT Troubleshooting and SAP MM Materials Management
