THE WORK:
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), collaborating with and guiding the team to ensure performance and delivery.
- Work with CI/CD pipelines and manage Sitefinity deployment processes.
- Troubleshoot complex Sitefinity issues and provide scalable, long-term solutions.
- Define and own the Sitefinity architecture to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability across all environments and components.
- Lead the technical design of web solutions, aligning architecture with business goals and future platform evolution.
- Evaluate and recommend tools, frameworks, and integrations to enhance the platform ecosystem.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, security policies, and compliance requirements.
- Conduct technical reviews of solutions, proposals, and code to maintain architectural integrity
- Continuously upskill the team with Sitefinity capabilities and best practices.
- Document technical specifications and implementation details to ensure continuity of knowledge.
- Develop innovative web-based applications that enhance the user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure website content aligns with client requirements.
- Apply web development best practices to optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key technical and product decisions.
- Provide actionable solutions to challenges within the immediate team and across the broader organization.
- Proactively identify potential issues and deliver solution-focused recommendations.
Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

5+ years experience and expert proficiency in Sitefinity, as the Content Management Systems (CMS)

5+ years experience and proficiency in .NET Development skills.

5+ years experience and proficiency in Web & Server-based Platforms Solutions
-
Design & Build Enablement, Storyboards & Wireframes, and Web Standards skills are suggested at an advanced proficiency level.

A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required for this position Agile certification is a must

English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our North America Market. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
