You are:
A growth focused sales professional who has successfully created positive impact through year-on-year business expansion. You know – and have run all phases of a sales cycle, including qualification, sales pursuit and close by applying deep sales process and technical expertise. You develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients by using a differentiated roadmap and framework leveraging the latest cloud-based technologies.
The work:
Originate, qualify, and close new opportunities for Accenture Song with our clients across our services, including digital strategy, marketing, user experience, e-commerce, omni-channel commerce, call centre and front office solutions
Ability to understand and convince clients of the right solutions leveraging their investments in digital marketing and the customer experience
Work with Accenture Song Industry leadership teams to develop and deliver new business through trust and value-led relationships with the key client stakeholders responsible for digital initiatives and play the role of a trusted advisor
Develop global digital and multi-channel digital commerce strategies for Accenture Song clients including leading the team performing rigorous analysis to identify potential value creating opportunities, creating the business case and developing the requirements to implement the strategy
Be a thought-leader in Digital and Marketing Industry challenges, trends, solutions, economics and related qualitative & quantitative aspects, and help Industry Leads in creation of a digital value architecture
Develop requirements to ensure that digital commerce & marketing vision and recommendations translate to (and leverage) Accenture Song assets, products and services
Collaborating with broader Accenture organization on enterprise transformation initiatives
Defining high level enterprise digital architectures and applying digital commerce best practices to support strategy recommendations Has latitude in decision-making and determining objectives and approaches to critical assignments
Collaborates effectively within sales and pursuit teams
Flexibility to travel
Qualifications
Here's what you need:
- Extensive experience originating and closing deals in the professional services space specifically focused on Digital Marketing, Commerce Strategy and Customer Experience Platform integration
- Minimum of 5 years’ Sales experience in the Professional Services space
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct sales with quota of $5M+
- A minimum of a high school diploma or GED is required for this position
- English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
Bonus points if you have:
- Sold Integrated Deals encompassing Data & AI
- Deep understanding of at least one of these Customer Experience Platforms: Salesforce or Adobe
- Knowledge of Product based Service Delivery Model – new ways of delivering operational services.
- Knowledge of Creative deal shapes e.g. Managed Serviced deal that has embedded cost optimization
- Strong pricing acumen and competitive benchmarks at market level
- Experience with C-Level client relationship building and relationship management.
- Proven ability to operate within a team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated commitment, teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian.
- High energy level, focus and ability to work well in demanding client environments.
