WORK YOU’LL DO
Responsible for requirement gathering sessions, customer-facing presentations.
Lead and facilitate design and technical sessions with the Architecture Governance forums.
Coordinate with Technical Architects, Integration Architects, Developers, Product Owners, Business Analyst, Business System Analyst, Quality Analyst and Data Consultants, and others, as needed, for specific technical design requirements.
Work with the Project Enterprise, Technical and Solution Architect to develop a proof of concept/prototype as required per the project direction.
Work with the Project Enterprise, Technical and Solution Architect to conduct technical analysis and/or feasibility assessment on solution options and/or third-party applications.
Participate in the design and review of architecture and technical solutions.
Provide guidance and advisory support to development team on approach and complex configuration issues.
Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and technical design documentation.
Facilitating business and functional requirements definition and prioritization/scoping of requirements.
Qualifications

Job qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Eligibility for Federal Reliability Security Clearance
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in solutioning, design and business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle CRM engagements.
Experience in writing user stories and working with agile delivery model.
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration tools. Mapping functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality.
Practical experience in implementing at least one of the following Salesforce products (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience Cloud).
Experience in business process automations projects, cooperation with development teams, understanding of Salesforce architectural concepts and its ecosystem.
Excellent communication skills in English (French is an asset).
Salesforce Admin certification.
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
Preferred Skills:
Familiar with Salesforce Industry solutions such as public sector solutions.
Experience with managing client workshop
Experience with design thinking techniques
Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
