THE WORK:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of Customer Analytics as a Technical Product Manager to help clients experiment and drive value with innovative customer analytics solutions.
Spearhead the hands-on execution of data analysis and analytical measurements to craft compelling customer insights with actionable recommendations to senior client audiences.
Serve as the client’s trusted advisor to champion thought leadership content and points-of-views on latest industry trends and advancements within customer analytics, data and AI.
Drive relationships with customer analytics stakeholder teams (e.g. marketing, sales, service, commerce, etc.) to drive the business adoption and value realization of relevant customer data analytic products.
Help drive ongoing business development efforts as a Customer Analytics SME, including proposal writing, solutioning and presentation to win engagements for Accenture Song.
Develop and enhance internal assets, strengthen go-to-market offerings, and serve as a mentor to help upskill junior colleagues to grow the practice.
Qualifications
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
5+ years in customer analytics design, build, deploy, and adoption, with 2+ years minimum of leading teams to deliver complex solutions.
3+ years of experience with data analytics tools / languages such as SQL, Python.
3+ years of experience with business & analytics platforms such as PowerBI, Looker and Tableau.
Experience with Audience Platforms like Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and Data Management Platforms (DMPs) (Salesforce CDP, Adobe AEP / RTCDP, Tealium, Lytics, ActionIQ, or similar)
Experience performing advanced analytics on variety of customer data sources (e.g. digital analytics, digital marketing & advertising, ecommerce, contact center, sales, etc.).
Proven ability to bring a strategic mindset and deep thinking across sales and delivery.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data / analytical concepts into compelling stories to senior stakeholders.
Experience in growing an internal customer analytics team and serving as a career mentor for junior team members
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
BONUS POINTS IF:
Experience with client-facing projects ideally in consulting, agency or other business-related services.
Previous presentation experiences at leading industry conferences and publications within the areas of customer analytics, data and AI
Certifications to data & AI cloud service providers, including Azure, GCP, AWS and Databricks, and related to digital analytics tools, including Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Google Analytics, Salesforce, etc.
Expertise in architecting and building custom data engineering, data science and AI products hosted on cloud computing platforms (Azure, GCP, Azure, Databricks)
Experience with architecting and implementing large language model (LLM) based applications to generate solutions across different mediums (e.g. text, image, video, etc.) and with programmatic tooling (e.g. OpenAI, LangChain, Gemini, Cohere, etc.)
Experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) to drive personalized marketing strategies and customer experiences derived from data analytics and insights.
Proficiency in utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage and analyze customer interactions and data throughout the customer lifecycle
Experience in implementing various theoretical data science concepts in practice for previous projects (e.g., time series analysis, anomaly detection, sampling, NLP, deep learning, computer vision, etc.) problems and drive data-driven decision-making.
Experience with architecting data solutions in the Cloud, and integrating automated data insights with downstream systems in Production
Experience with digital analytics implementation and tagging for web, paid media, and 3rd party applications.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
