Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Executive to join Accenture as a Managing Director to lead our focus on helping our Canadian Public Services clients mitigate cyber security risks using our range of end-to-end security services to the Public Services industry.

• Develop and execute the strategy

• Lead and manage business development activities including origination, qualification, capture and relationship development

• Maintain relationships with key client stakeholders at the VP and C-suite level

• Lead development of written and oral client proposals

• Assist in driving overall Public Services Security practice growth

• Develop, plan and lead large-scale solution delivery efforts for Public Services clients across a broad range of Security and privacy capabilities and requirements

• Lead, attract and retain multi-discipline, and multi-region teams 

• Understand current and future client needs in the context of market dynamics, and apply insights to recommend short and / or long-term value creation 

• Generate and translate innovative ideas into feasible, practical and cost-effective client solutions

• Manage the development and execution of delivery models and capability development for the domain, working closely with Client Leadership

• Build and lead high performance team(s)
