Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior Security Executive to join Accenture as a Managing Director to lead our focus on helping our Canadian Public Services clients mitigate cyber security risks using our range of end-to-end security services to the Public Services industry.
Develop and execute the strategy
Lead and manage business development activities including origination, qualification, capture and relationship development
Maintain relationships with key client stakeholders at the VP and C-suite level
Lead development of written and oral client proposals
Assist in driving overall Public Services Security practice growth
Develop, plan and lead large-scale solution delivery efforts for Public Services clients across a broad range of Security and privacy capabilities and requirements
Lead, attract and retain multi-discipline, and multi-region teams
Understand current and future client needs in the context of market dynamics, and apply insights to recommend short and / or long-term value creation
Generate and translate innovative ideas into feasible, practical and cost-effective client solutions
Manage the development and execution of delivery models and capability development for the domain, working closely with Client Leadership
Build and lead high performance team(s)
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Minimum 15 years of relevant experience and focus on one or more of the following cybersecurity domains: Strategy, Risk Management, Identity Management, Application Security, Cyber Defense, Industrial Controls.
Minimum 10 years of experience selling and delivering cybersecurity solutions through consulting led and/or professional services
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

Excellent leadership and management skills
Ability to lead and manage dynamic multi-region teams
