The Work:
Work in implementation of scheduling and field execution functionalities in Maximo. This role will be for an Asset and Work Management lead who will support in delivering Connected worker and a Maximo expert with EAM leading practices knowledge as well as Utilities experience.
Maintain relationships between Client and Accenture
Provides subject matter expertise where applicable
Tracks deliverables and milestones on key design decisions and technical risks
Work closely with the Accenture team and key stakeholders to understand requirements, owning specifications and design documents, and deploy the applications.
Seeking ways to apply new technology to, and reusing existing technology for, end to end EAM and Resource Industries
Successfully support the sales process from origination to successful closing (including offering fine tuning, solution shaping, proposal preparation and client presentations).
Qualifications
Here’s what you’ll need:
Minimum 7 years of experience with Maximo EAM
Minimum 5 years of Utilities or Natural Resources Experience
EAM business process knowledge
EAM leading practices knowledge
Bonus points if:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
You are Bilingual in English & French
Proposal development experience
In-depth experience with EAM and Digital transformation
Ability to create original concepts and theories for improving growth and efficiency through digital R&D and Digital transformation
Strong team player with a “can do” attitude, and the flexibility to jump in wherever needed
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
Business development support experience
Time management skills
