Key Responsibilities

  • Sales strategy creation, win theme development and supporting key buying events

  • Sales opportunity origination support for C Suite pitches

  • Map client business priorities and challenges to what Accenture does to create a point of view on the art of the possible and associated value

  • Sales pursuit management support

  • Manage action items, coordinate key events with client and escalate issues to Sales Lead

  • Integrate outcomes from work streams solution

  • Pricing, Legal, Proposal management

  • Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems

  • Adapts existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to moderately complex problems

  • Sales lead on smaller opportunities, Second Chair on larger opportunities

  • Manage internal approvals prior to client submissions

  • Negotiations and Closing support

  • Draft Statements of Work

  • Manage deliverables for contracting

  • Leverage Accenture's Value Insight Platform to build indicative business cases to support the business proposition

  • Scan all public data and work with Accenture client team to develop point of view on client business priorities



Qualifications

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum Two years of sales experience in a Consulting or Technology environment

  • Program management experience

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office and collaboration too

  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
