Salesforce.com professionals demonstrate skills in Salesforce.com which is the leader in CRM solutions for customer relationship management software and cloud computing.
WORK YOU’LL DO
Leading and ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce.com CRM and other implementation engagements.
Managing resource requirements and project team members.
Leading business and functional requirements definition and prioritization/scoping of requirements.
Mapping functional requirements to Salesforce.com CRM features and functionality.
Maintaining and coordinate communication with the customer throughout each project.
Supporting pre-sales activities inclusive of participating in sales calls and proposal development.
Mentoring more junior team members in business analysis, project management, and Salesforce.com best practices.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years' progressive experience in project management, business analysis, and technology implementation in full life-cycle CRM engagements
Minimum of 2 years' experience with Salesforce.com
Bachelor’s degree
Good understanding of Sales and Service Processes in B2C and/or B2B setting
Salesforce certified
Fluency in French and English
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with English-speaking stakeholders across Canada. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
