ROLE SUMMARY: Responsible for acting as the Associate Manager on Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects, providing support as a subject matter expert. The Oracle HCM Cloud Associate Manager will support the project team members responsible for developing reports, data conversion programs, integrations, and application extensions to ensure quality of work and deadlines are met. Responsible for working with the Cloud Implementation Project Manager to plan and schedule all technical development activities to meet defined scope and milestones, while identifying and leading new business opportunities to grow our Technical practice.



Qualifications

Must Have Experience/Skills:

  • Oracle Cloud HCM Processes and System knowledge
  • Experience supporting technical work streams for Oracle HCM Cloud Global Implementations
  • Minimum of two (2) successfully delivered HCM Cloud Projects in the HCM Technical Associate Manager role
  • Proficient on Microsoft Office Tools, specifically PowerPoint, Project, and Excel
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work with executive leaders
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience implementing some combination of Oracle HCM modules such as CoreHR, Compensation, Time & Labour, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Benefits and Recruitment.
  • Experience with building integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud.
  • Experience reporting to senior client contacts, managing client teams, in addition to on and offsite, and offshore functional and technical teams
  • Must have experience collaborating with clients on business process enhancements
