- Understands telephony/ Edge related configurations
- Understanding of Trunk/bandwidth sizing and configurations.
- Understands SSO Integration
Qualifications
WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?
- Experience in telephony/Edge related configurations in Genesys Cloud
- Experience in SIP trunk/bandwidth sizing and trunk configurations
- Experience in SSO integration/Sites/Divisions related configurations etc.
- Can speak regarding telephony discussions with the carrier.
