We are looking for Cloud and Change management enthusiasts, who know that helping companies redefine how work gets done is vital to success in the digital age. You are a digital worker and understand the concepts that need to shift in an organization to allow for cloud adoption, acceptance and acceleration including concepts around cloud computing technologies, product teams, agile development, and cloud native development concepts.

You’ve got the skills, the know-how and the tools to help us and our clients understand what the future of work will look like, and to help companies as they migrate to the cloud, optimize their operations, and transform their business. Your depth of experience means you’re as comfortable communicating to clients about why they need to change, the value of undertaking the cloud journey and what their options are as you are leading and managing teams. 

The Work:

  • Work with clients at senior levels to understand their Cloud strategy and vision.

  • Identify where clients are in their cloud transformation and help them focus on the people and culture outcomes that will bring them the biggest benefits in their journey.

  • Design, develop and implement programs, workstreams and/or deliverables to support Cloud transformation.

  • Be functionally able to work across our Cloud Change Acceleration offerings, with deeper expertise in some areas including organizational design, leadership alignment, talent strategies, skilling approaches, and cultural change management.

  • Help identify, define, and implementing future roles, that will support Cloud

  • Design, develop and deliver technology and enterprise-level Cloud skilling programs that build technical capabilities for general cloud computing, Cloud provider technologies (i.e. AWS, Google, MS Azure, etc.), and digital ways of working (i.e. product mindset, agile, etc.)

  • Work with cross-functional Cloud transformation teams to integrate change solutions into  technical roadmaps.

  • Confidently present the Cloud Change Acceleration offering, key messages and overall value proposition to clients, ecosystem partners, and other team members.  

  • Experiment and innovate to create leading-edge Cloud change assets and accelerators to realize value for our clients in an evolving and growing part of our practice.

  • Define measures of success for change, talent, and culture programs.

Travel:  For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.

Here is what we need 

A minimum of 8+ years of combined experience in the following: 

  • Cloud/Digital Transformation or Adoption including but not limited to:

    • Cloud Change & Talent Strategies built on insights you have on the challenges in the market to acquire and sustain the right digital talent

    • Working in Cloud/Digital Native environments across various stages of maturity

    • Functional knowledge of Cloud Computing concepts and skillsets, (i.e., devsecops/devops, and agile)

    • Operating Model and Org Design, including product-based operating models

  • An understanding of the CIO organization, and the people, process and technology concepts that help drive value for companies.

  • Experience working as a Consulting Practitioner in transformational change initiatives with a strong technology focus (i.e. large scale technology implementations, with significant impact to business and IT users)

  • A track record of strong relationship building across clients, ecosystem partners, and people within your own organization.

  • Experience with at least one of the major cloud providers/technologies such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platforms

Bonus Points If

You have experience in any of the following areas: 

  • Software development or computer engineering

  • Data Migration & Governance

  • Cloud Certification from AWS, Google or Microsoft
