Job Description
A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities: 
  • Prepare and deliver classroom training, including conducting assessments, evaluating trainees, and managing agent performance.
  • Lead or support training on new content or product/course launch initiatives.
  • Participate in project work as it relates to training or developing or implementing new processes.
  • Promote ways to add value and reduce costs within the team.
  • Provide progress reports to stakeholders per service level agreements.
  • Maintain subject matter expertise through CSR job experience and calibration sessions.
  • Support staff with procedural and policy related questions.
  • Meet and maintain all performance targets.
  • Maintain awareness of the team budget and understand the impacts of financial decisions.
  • Improve agent performance through the completion of side by side coaching.
  • Provide verbal and written feedback to agents and their Team Managers.
  • Complete weekly & monthly coaching reports.
  • Analyze coaching trends and make process improvement recommendations based on results.
  • Meet and maintain all coaching performance targets.
  • Fulfill other training and coaching assignments as needed.
