You are:

A transformation expert adept with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. You’re in your element using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP systems. And you’re up for traveling regularly to client sites.

The work:

  • Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led
  • Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems
  • Work in a team where you wear lots of hats – interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams – and where you may need to be in charge
  • Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given
  • Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more
  • Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs
  • Check business requirements to find configuration solutions
  • Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions

Qualifications

Here’s what you need:

  • Minimum 8 years of SAP implementation experience
  • Experience in Business Processes and configuration of SAP Bank Communication Management (preferably in S/4)
  • Must have experience implementing Electronic Bank Statement (EBS) using BAI2 format; (XML, MT940, CAMT would be a plus), Automatic Bank Reconciliation and Bank Integration. Must be familiar with posting rules, posing keys and search string definition.
  • Successful candidate should have direct experience with SAP S4/HANA Cash Management, Bank Account Manager, Bank Communications Manager and Payments
  • Experience in requirements gathering, Finance Business process analysis, conceptual and detailed design, configuration, testing, training, change management and support
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to manage delivery of the team members
  • Excellent written and verbal communication including presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
  • A Bachelor’s Degree
  • Tool knowledge: SAP S/4HANA Finance, SAP Fiori, SAP ECC Finance, Microsoft office products

Bonus points if:

  • You are SAFe certified and you have applied it in delivery projects
  • You are great at working creatively in a problem-solving environment
  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Commerce
