Provide space and service support solutions for all Accenture people and businesses globally, supporting Accenture's workplace as a robust business function leveraging Accenture's business and technology strategies. 

Execute services in areas of responsibility for a small to moderate size location. Scope may include wide range of Workplace Solutions customer services activities, delivered at a location/across multiple locations. May include workspace set-up, A/V, catering, document, switchboard, reception, floor support, meeting & event support and other location services. Independently carry out routine tasks according to guidelines and/or under supervision. Individual contributor as a part of a team, with a focused scope of work.

Key responsibilities:

  • Implementation and maintenance of Security related programs designed and directed towards ensuring the protection of Government of Canada assets.

  • Keep apprised of and ensure compliance to federal facility clearance and document safeguarding requirements.

  • Initiate, renew, upgrades and terminate Personnel Security Clearances.

  • Keep all records in accordance with the required regulations of the Contract Security Program.

  • Work with stakeholders to obtain Contract Security Program approval for subcontracts.

  • Process Requests for Visit as per the PSPC Contract Security Manual.

  • Guide project and proposal teams to understand and adherence to Contract Security Program requirements.

  • Facilitate project teams in obtaining client specific and Provincial security clearances.

  • Other duties as required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible administrative and coordination experience in either a corporate or government setting

  • Post-Secondary Education – college diploma or relevant certification 

  • Must be able to obtain federal personal security clearance (10 years Canada residency and Canada citizenship).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) and Outlook

  • Experience in customer/client relationship management 

  • Experience in a corporate environment, with a large company an asset

  • Familiar with Federal government contracting and security. 

  • Must be able to obtain Federal Personal Security Clearance.

  • Detail orientated.

  • Strong relationship building skills.

  • Hospitality mindset.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork and collaboration in professional setting; either military or civilian                                            

Other Requirements:

  • Punctuality

  • Flexibility in daily work hours

  • French will be an asset

  • Ability to work in the Accenture office 3 – 5 days per week
