Job Description
The Associate Sourcing Manager will be responsible for the Sourcing, Negotiation, and Contract Management functions that make up a wide range of categories (Professional Services, Marketing, HR, IT, Industrial Operations, and other ancillary categories) specifically for our French speaking client needs. These responsibilities include the following:
Leads sourcing projects, including all key steps such as strategy development, market research, requirements gathering, due diligence, supplier evaluations/RFx, supplier negotiations, award recommendations, and supplier contract execution. Works with senior level stakeholders; works with global teams. Communicates frequently and professionally with customer stakeholders regarding the status of the procurement aspect of the project. Participates in initiatives aimed at improving productivity and efficiency to support company and account growth.
Develops and mentor’s people; works collaboratively. Keeps up to date with new processes/technologies; looks for ways to be more innovative. Provides timely, accurate, and useful project status and issues reports.
Works with team members to enhance their business and category knowledge
Offers creative solutions to deliver on sourcing projects/negotiations and achieve desired results
Ensures the consistent delivery of sourcing/negotiation services that meet and exceed savings targets, as well as minimize client risks
Establishes and cultivates key client stakeholder relationships across organizations, building trust and support for sourcing/negotiation projects
Qualifications
Here’s what you need (Basic Qualifications)
Bilingual in French
Bachelor’s Degree
Minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, sourcing/procurement function
Experience utilizing Rfx tools and developing and presenting outputs
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications especially including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook and Teams

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
