Job Description
Compensation at Comtech Group Inc, part of Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.

- $55,000 to $82,000
- (Internal Title-Project Administration II)
- Oversee general Project administration including but not limited to project documentation and filing, scanning, photocopying, arranging and organizing meetings and travel, and making arrangements for the conference room
- Review, prepare, proofread, edit, and issue letters, reports, transmittals, spreadsheets, PowerPoint, etc.
- Participate in, record, produce, and distribute meeting minutes as required
- Maintain and track project work for assigned team members
- Administer any hardcopy correspondence needs (mail, priority post, packages, courier services)
- Organize adequate supplies of office stationery, general office supplies, and other equipment
- Assisting with administrative project tasks
- Maintain project documentation
- Ensure that communication between stakeholders and teams remains clear and consistent throughout the project lifecycle
- Attend regular status meetings and reports
- Managing schedules and documents

Qualifications
- Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Administration
- Must have Municipal Facility Project Management experience
- Education:
- High school diploma or GED
- Registered for and actively seeking a Diploma in Business Administration or similar
- Skills and Competencies:
- Effective skills in MS Office
- Competent administrative and data accuracy
- Strong attention to detail
- Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities
- Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information to and from all levels of management (written and verbal)
- Competent in identifying tasks and duties to take onboard to offload and support management
