Job description:

Your central role in the mobile ecosystem enables you to help clients manage the demands of fast-moving environments.  With your knowledge of innovative on-the-go solutions, you’ll help them become mobility leaders by creating strategic, cross-company approaches that increase productivity, enhance collaboration and drive more transactions.

The work:

  • Mobile application development, architecture and infrastructure design, technology build and deployment activities on multiple platforms

  • Design and estimation of mobile architectures and frameworks

  • Coordinate and work with clients and offshore teams and articulate client requirements into technical architecture

  • Create project estimates, define scope requirements, structure projects, develop coding standards, methodology and repeatable processes 

  • Create and distribute reusable sales and delivery content to internal and external design, business, sales, technical counterparts, and leadership to hone their knowledge of mobile application development

  • Mentor developers both from technical and career path perspectives

Qualifications

Here’s what you need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 

  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing a team of developers and deliveries to clients

  • Minimum 2 years of experience architecting, troubleshooting, diagnosing, prototyping, gathering requirements or supporting mobile app development as part of a team

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on React Native, and Android or iOS native mobile app development experience

  • Minimum 5 years of cumulative mobile app development, design, and/or architecture experience within any of the following areas:

    • Cross-platform or Hybrid Mobile Applications (React Native, Ionic, Cordova, Flutter)

    • Full-stack Web Applications (React JS, Next.js, MERN stack)

    • Server-side/Middleware (REST API contracts, microservices, GraphQL, Node.js, API Gateways)

    • Native Applications (iOS, Android)

Professional skill requirements:

  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
