Business Analyst / Application Support Lead

Location: Montreal, QC

WORK YOU’LL DO

The Business Analyst/Support Lead will be involved in providing daily support for a data warehouse environment including data loading, data quality, environment support, user support and continuous improvement. In this role you will also direct the daily activities of the support team to insure that supported application availability remains high and that data is accurate. Additionally, you will work with support teams to resolve issues as well as improve the overall architecture.



Qualifications

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in an application support and development team preferably in a pharmaceutical environment
  • Datastage and Oracle experience
  • Data analysis and profiling skills, business intelligence
  • Experience working in a DevOps / Agile environment
  • Fluent in French
  • Minimum of BA in Computer Science, or equivalent

Professional Skills Qualifications:

  • Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills, ability to work with business users to define requirements.
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Proven ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment.
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment.
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in professional setting; either military or civilian.
