Corporate Functions – Marketing + Communications
As part of this team, you’ll play a key role in helping Accenture execute its strategy. You’ll work with a diverse team of innovative marketing experts who focus on the following areas: global brand management and advertising; global events and sponsorships; internal communications; marketing research; media and industry analyst relations; corporate and financial communications; internet marketing; recruitment marketing; client-centric marketing; and industry, service line and geographic marketing campaigns.
YOUR ROLE: SC&O Content/Integration
- Execution of a marketing and communications strategy to drive the SC&O function agenda
- Coordinate the integrated global launch of signature programs
- Program/campaign management and execution
- Ensure messages are clear and impactful and consistent across all channels
- Working with teams across the company to identify and support opportunities to amplify SC&O content
- Managing ecosystem relationships to build co-marketing programs
- Content development and dissemination through multiple client touchpoints
- Event deliverable development
- Video/audio/asset creation
- Storytelling/copy writing
- Performance reporting and measuring impact to continuously optimize campaigns and their execution
- Special projects which may span the Enterprise Function Network marketing agenda
- Adhere to applicable policies and procedures
- Client case story development
Qualifications
YOUR EXPERIENCE: Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or other University Degree
- Minimum of 7 years professional services and B2B marketing experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Extensive experience across the full marketing mix, developing programs specially targeted at helping CSCO/COOs and other Function leaders to drive sustained growth.
- Understanding of Accenture’s full suite of businesses and operating groups.
- Strong track record of global client-facing campaign ownership and success in return on investment
- Developing and executing marketing plans that are informed by data, don’t default to following the “beaten path” and, most importantly, deliver impact
- Highly collaborative working style, bringing together different parts of the business to design campaigns for maximize impact
- Substantial experience of stakeholder engagement working in complex organizations
- Able to demonstrate strong project management capability
- Developing engaging storytelling and strategic plans through use of PowerPoint
