A talented consultant excited to usher in a new era of Oracle HCM Cloud. You’re a problem-solver with the keen ability to diagnose a client’s unique needs. You can see the gap between where they are and where they need to be, and love creating a blueprint to get them there.


Qualifications

WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?   
  • Implementation experience and detailed understanding (including setups, standard functionality and design) of the Oracle HCM Cloud Application Modules.
  • Knowledge in Oracle Recruitment Cloud (ORC) standard functionality and experience with design and development of customizations, extensions and modifications 
  • Experience with gathering user requirements and understanding and interpreting requirements specifications
  • At least 2 full life cycle of implementation of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) end to end
  • Lead all workshops (Process, design, configuration, test and validate) and act as lead for Talent and recruiting workstream
  • Advise on best practice, map business processes to delivered functionality, document requirements, configure application functionality, and assist with testing.
  • Experience on designing, testing Reports, Interfaces and conversions
  • Development of test scripts, testing scenarios, and execution
  • Demonstrated experience in understanding of general module functionality for Core HR
  • Understanding of project implementation methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid Agile)
  • Ability to meet travel requirement per project needs
