Intelligence Engineering Services is a high performing team to join! We focus on client adoption of disruptive technologies, technology architecture and providing specialized skills related to integration, custom software engineering, testing, application modernization, agile and more. We help our clients with the most complex projects including working in open web platforms, DevOps platforms as well as intelligent Computing and Architecture enhancement.
WORK YOU’LL DO
As a Cloud Native Delivery Lead, you will enable our clients to understand and implement integration technology hands-on (using Integration Architecture best practices and leading standards) while coaching and mentoring elite team members within our fast-paced and growing organization. The Cloud Native Delivery Lead will be expected to architect integrated solutions based on functional and technical requirements, and apply common Integration Architecture concepts and patterns to the solution in order to promote maintainability, reusability, scalability, performance, security and performance where needed. Understanding the impact of Integration Architecture on Digital Channels (i.e. mobile, tablet, etc.) and how to optimize integration solutions for Digital will also be relevant to the role.

WORK YOU’LL DO
Leverage your leadership qualities and in-depth technical knowledge to deliver complex enterprise programs in the cloud domain. Accountable for the schedule, quality of work, financials, client satisfaction and expected high team engagement
Keep in front of industry and technology trends and developments by conducting research, engaging in training and attending industry events
Answering client RFP’s for cloud native opportunities helping to grow the overall practice
Support the creation of business development proposals
Keep in front of industry and technology trends and developments by conducting research, engaging in training and attending industry events
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years’ delivering multifaceted IT enterprise programs
Minimum of 5 years of development/architecture experience
Experience with Cloud Native system design in any one of the main public cloud providers such as GCP, AWS, AZURE
Experience with DevOps and Agile engineering practices
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate’s Degree, must have minimum 6 years work experience)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience deploying systems into a production Cloud Native Environment
Experience in web-scale applications
Certification as an AWS Solution Architect (Associate or Pro), Microsoft MCSA or MCSE for Cloud Platform and Infrastructure, Google Professional Cloud Architect or other similar certification
Professional Skill Requirements:
Proven success Leading/Managing team-oriented environment
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Desire to work in an information systems environment
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
