Job Description
Our Security practice is currently looking for a leader to focus on helping our clients mitigate cyber security risks using our range of end-to-end security services to the “Products” industry (transportation, retail, manufacturing, CPG, aviation, automotive, life sciences…).
Lead and manage business development activities including origination, qualification, capture and relationship development
Develop, plan and lead large-scale solution delivery efforts for Products clients across a broad range of Security and privacy capabilities and requirements
Lead development of written and oral client proposals
Lead, attract and retain multi-discipline, and multi-region teams 
Maintain relationships with key client stakeholders
Assist in driving overall Products Security practice growth



Qualifications

Basic Skills

Minimum of 15 years of experience designing and delivering a broad range of security services for clients 

Minimum of 5 years of experience leading security solution implementations

Experience leading the business development and sales capture process

Deep understanding of the Products industry with extensive leadership contacts

Familiarity across a broad range of security vendors, product capabilities and solutions

 

Preferred Skills:

Minimum Bachelor’s degree 

Industry recognized Professional Security certification preferred (CISSP, CISM)

Experience working for the Big 4 or Global SI is highly desired

PMP preferred

In possession of, or able to qualify for, Canadian security clearance strongly preferred
