We use our deep industry expertise in digital work and asset management, smart infrastructure, scheduling and mobility for field workforces and grid operations to help our gas and electric utilities clients optimize their asset investments, minimize risk, improve the way in which their office and field employees execute work, and modernize their control room operations and grids.

You are:
An Industry Professional with experience delivering business solutions for Utilities.

The work: 
You will be expected to:
Identify, assess and solve complex business problems within the Enterprise Asset Management, Field Work Management, Scheduling and/or Mobility space to advance effectiveness for our Utilities clients.
Apply management and technology consulting acumen to help our clients define solutions that enable the Connected Worker Experience - Applying human centric design principles to customer and worker journeys. This includes development of field personas, reimagining the employee experience for key processes, and development of solutions that are data driven, applying latest technology (e.g. AI, RPA). 
Interact with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
Manage large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts at your client.
Progress at pace within our Consulting career model.


Qualifications

Here’s what you need: 

A minimum of 5 years of Management Consulting / Professional Services experience
A minimum of 5 years of Functional Design experience relating to Enterprise Asset Management, Field Work Management, Scheduling and/or Mobility tools for Utilities, such as Maximo, SAP PM, Infor, ClickSoftware’s Workforce Scheduler, GE’s ServiceMax, CGI’s PragmaCAD, SalesForce’s ESOiQ, Oracle Field Service Cloud and for Mobility functions such as Click Mobility, Salesforce Field Service Lightning or ABB Service Suite.
• Experience working with client stakeholders to understand their business and technology challenges to translate into requirements
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills 
Attention to detail and ability to synthesize information that will define requirements and design solutions
Confidence to forge and own relationships and lead conversations with client stakeholders
Ability to travel cross-Canada as required.
Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant area  

Bonus points if you:
Have managed offshore teams in the past
Have experience with Business Development / Sales pursuits
