Our Canadian Products Management Consulting team is seeking a Senior Manager with deep supply chain expertise to join our team.
As a Supply Chain Senior Manager you can expect to work with our clients to understand their key business challenges, shape creative and innovative solutions and lead key transformation initiatives. Candidates for this role should have consulting and supply chain operations experience in one or more of the following functional areas: supply/demand planning, forecasting and inventory management, fulfillment (transport, warehouse & distribution), manufacturing. 
Senior Managers can expect to:
  • Engage with client leaders (VPs and C-Suite) to advise and help shape supply chain agendas
  • Work with clients to define supply chain strategies that drive cost savings, improve reliability, and support profitable growth
  • Lead consulting teams to develop compelling business cases and shape innovative solutions to solve complex business problems
  • Deliver high-quality supply chain solutions across Products industries (retail, CPG, travel, life sciences, industrial)
  • Support business development activities associated with new opportunities and clients

Basic Qualifications
  • 12+ years of supply chain experience in one or more of the following functional areas: supply/demand planning, forecasting and inventory management, fulfillment (transport, warehouse & distribution), manufacturing
  • Extensive experience working in (or with) retail and CPG companies
  • 3+ years at a consulting firm
  • Proven experience leading teams
  • Passion for supply chain and innovation
  • Bachelor’s Degree
Preferred Qualifications
  • Industry supply chain experience working in a VP, Sr. Director, or Director level role
  • Relevant certifications and/or secondary degrees
  • Strong relationships with supply chain executives
  • Familiar with global, economic, social, and technology trends
  • Experience working with supply chain technology and tools
  • Strong oral and written communications skills
  • Proven interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to build, manage, and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Proven ability to successfully mentor and coach others
