WORK YOU’LL DO
  • Adapts existing methods and procedures to build alternative solutions to moderately complex problems.
  •  Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals. Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and seeks guidance on complex problems. Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor.
  •  May collaborate with peers and/or management levels externally and/or within Accenture. Resolves issues on assignments with guidance. Decisions often impact the team in which they reside. Manages small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
WHO WE´RE LOOKING FOR?
  • 1 full life cycle of implementation of Oracle HCM Cloud
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of Oracle HCM cloud implementation experience, with a strong preference of hands-on experience with one or more of the HCM modules: Core HR, Talent Management, Performance management, Absence Management, Compensation & Benefits, Time and Labor. Previous related industry and consulting experience in competing product sets may be entertained (Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, Workday, etc.)
  • Bilingual – French and English preferred.
