As a Salesforce Administrator you will demonstrate skills in as well as overall CRM, project and facilitation skills. .
  • Provide day to day support for application and the end users including higher management
  • Capture user requirements and translate them into user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Participate in daily scrum and collaborate with the rest of the team to meet sprint targets
  • Prepare training materials and conduct training for the end users
  • Support development and testing of new features and enhancements as part of ongoing efforts to improve CRM solution
  • Work with the development team to identify ultimate solutions that meet business needs and follow CIBC security and architecture standards
  • Document solutions and prepare/maintain support guides
  • Design tests for new features and execute them as part of QA
  • Work with other technology teams to troubleshoot issues and solve them in timely manner
  • Proactively identify potential issues and plan for resolution
  • Work with the vendors to report issues, requests for enhancements, and coordinate the work
  • Maintain data quality through profiling, bulk updates and automation
Basic Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years demonstrated experience as a Administrator, with technical implementation and data to day operations experience
  • Salesforce Admin Certification (Advanced preferred)
  • Lightning Experience and Lightning Components
  • Excellent customer service; verbal and written communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to design, document and execute test cases based on the documented requirements
  • Strong functional and technical documentation skills
  • Comfortable working with agile methodologies and scrum framework
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
  • Independent, able to work with minimum supervision
  • Ability to conduct user training and present in front of a technical and non technical audience
