Job Description

Marketing Service Delivery professionals include the identification and marketing of new or existing capabilities/offerings/services to take to market.

 

A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:

 
  • Execute marketing and communications assignments for various Accenture organizational entities in alignment with the marketing and communications strategy
  • Ensure successful program completion in terms of quality, effectiveness, time and budget. Programs can include advertising, internal communications, recruitment marketing, events & sponsorships, collateral / credentials development, direct marketing, writing, web content management, database management, digital marketing, lead generation, merchandise / brand and award company recognition and more.
  • Comply with Accenture brand strategy and visual identity program, advising on this to non-marketing Accenture contacts as necessary
  • Measure results from programs, and provide information on relevant metrics to program owners as appropriate
  • Manage and forecast marketing budget for assignments and ensure that leadership is kept appraised of progress against budgets and timelines.
  • Escalate appropriately any potential budget and time over-runs
  • Ensure strict adherence to all company policies and protocols.
  • Potentially serve as a liaison to third party service providers e.g. approved agencies, designers, writers and media / PR agencies.

It is currently our objective to assign our people to work near where they live. However, given the nature of our business and our need to serve our clients our employees must be available to travel when needed.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or a minimum of 4 years professional work experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing roles or minimum 1 year of Accenture Marketing experience
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience (client or agency) in the following: Marketing collateral development; Marketing strategy and planning; Message and sales campaign development; Thought leadership content development; Client credentials/case study development; Digital /social media marketing; Advertising; Metrics based marketing programs and ROI analysis.
  • Experience with or demonstrated knowledge of Salesforce or similar marketing contacts databases.
