Program Specialist Services professionals provide project-based support services within centers. These professionals support the delivery and execution of our key projects with specialized services.

 

The Program & Project Mgmt Senior Analyst improves organization performance and achieve program goals by developing and executing end-to-end project management activities. They demonstrate creativity and flexibility when creating and driving project plans and estimates, scope and requirements from implementation to deployment. Proactively manage and report on execution of deliverables. Master communicators across multiple stakeholders aligning priorities and direction.

 
Job Description
 

Engagement Management professionals manage all aspects of the engagement lifecycle.  This includes developing and managing delivery contract relationships, managing the operational and financial performance of business contracts, and managing account delivery management teams.

 

Program Control Services professionals design and implements control-related activities to manage risks across a program (or group of interrelated projects) and to improve the likelihood that program goals are met.

 

The Program Management & Scheduling Specialist will perform the following key responsibilities:

  • Manage the integrated program plan in tracking progress across the program and its components
  • Manage all program risks through team reviews and data from IPWC
  • Support team in developing standard operating procedures across the program
  • Coordinate desk space, badge and token deployment with onboarding
  • Provide support for program meeting schedules
  • Support the team in managing resources
  • Onboard and offboard all project resources
  • Manage program Purchase Order requests
  • Submit and manage all Change Requests, Decision Records, and IPWC status and finance submissions
  • Manage program mailbox
 

It is currently our objective to assign our people to work near where they live. However, given the nature of our business and our need to serve our clients our employees must be available to travel when needed.


Basic Qualifications
  • HS Diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 - 3 years project management experience to include budgeting & forecasting
 
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency in MS Project & PowerPoint
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
 
Professional Skill Requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership in professional setting; either military or civilian
  • Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting; either military or civilian
