The Technology Consulting Manager provides consultative Business and System Integration services to help clients implement effective solutions. Understands and translates customer needs into business and technology solutions via the analysis, design and/or development of best practice business changes.


Finance Process and Operations professionals develop and maintain robust processes and controls to meet compliance requirements and stewardship of enterprise assets with efficiency and effectiveness.


The successful candidate will lead the delivery to meet and deliver on the value proposition to our clients. They proactively support sales through solution offering, lead the execution of the solution to achieve the delivery and commercial expectations of Accenture offerings. He/She would need to lead the design, implementation and deployment packaged vendor solutions that have been developed to accommodate financial crimes technology industry business and management processes, regulatory requirements and other business needs. Further responsibilities include:


  • Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals.
  • Involved in setting strategic direction to establish near term goals for the AML practice
  • Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
  • Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments
  • Decisions have a major day to day impact on area of responsibility.
  • Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in Financial Crimes/AML compliance/Regulatory Controls
  • Proven experience for more than 5 years working with leading AML solutions (Fenergo/Actimize/ Mantas/ SAS and Norkom) around the KYC/ CDD, sanctions screening, AML transaction monitoring and enterprise case management implementations. Experience should include:   

             o Understanding, deploying and maintaining monitoring scenarios and perform data research and analysis.   

             o Developing and deploying AML scenarios   

             o Comprehensive knowledge of the product (logic, scenario functionality, mappings) and data elements as specified

             o Understanding of data requirements to ensure data source feeds meet the data specification

             o Analysis of alert results based on understanding of client data and scenario logic  

             o Hands on configuration of the application

             o Provides solutions to complex business problems for area(s) of responsibility where analysis of situations requires an in depth knowledge of organizational objectives. 


  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree

Preferred Skills

  • Software configuration, design or implementation experience with one or more of the AML technology systems: Fenergo, Mantas, Actimize, Norkom or SAS Additional
  • Data Sourcing
  • KPIs / KRIs & reporting
  • Risk Control Self Assessments (RCSA)
  • Enterprise Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC)
