Job Description
Exemplify the engagement culture of Think Big provide advice to clients and product teams on process, style, and techniques to ensure quality delivery.  The engagement lead will work by leading and assisting with client proposals and assist in designing and deploying change management activities to accelerate uptake of big data, analytics and artificial intelligence capabilities within Financial Services. They must be able to advise upon, lead and work on high impact activities within the technology development lifecycle, and provide advisory work for the IT function itself.
 
- Overall Lead: Responsible for the successful implementation and sustainment of the Technology Advisory Big Data & Analytics practice. Lead the cross-functional team that is responsible for the agreed-upon business outcomes. 
- Big Data Strategy and Strategic Roadmap: Lead the Big Data strategy development and planning activities; working closely with key client stakeholders to define the client’s strategy and work streams required to achieve it. Analyze and prioritize work streams, construct the Big Data strategic roadmap, and obtain the support required to implement it. 
- Big Data Delivery Methodology: Owns the Big Data delivery methodology and leads work streams to identify, evaluate and prioritize opportunities to implement enhancements. 
- Pipeline Growth and Demand Management: Grow the pipeline by driving work streams to identify new opportunities based upon agreed-upon prioritization criteria while ensuring alignment with the client’s strategy. 
- Thought Leadership: Provide thought leadership on emerging trends in Big Data & Analytics and assess the potential impact on the client’s strategy
- Responsible for crafting and managing the delivery team in planning, design and development of new projects. Understand client business requirements that form a product or solution. Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. 
- Be able to perform project-level estimation and champion engineering and operational excellence
- Assess and define strategic and tactical opportunities to enable our clients to achieve new business capabilities using Big Data and analytical tools and technologies.
- Deliver large-scale programs that integrate processes with technology to help clients achieve high performance.
- Design, implement and deploy Big Data solutions and applications that can perform at scale on one or more of the following components data streaming, ingestion, machine learning, publication and analytics. 
 

Basic Qualifications
 
• 10+ years of Banking, Capital Markets and/or Insurance industry experience 
• 10+ years consulting experience 
• 10+ experience in scoping and delivering technology innovation services 
• 5+ year of Big Data and/or Analytics experience 
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant area of study. Advanced degree preferred
