What Will I Do in This Position?
 
As an Oracle EBS Project Lead your primary responsibilities may include:
  • Working in conjunction with the Solution Architecture lead for Record to Report executes the design authority for R2R process activities
  • He/she will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of the Record to Report strategy and process performance outcomes.  This includes the accountability for the end to end process design for defined Record to Report activities.

Basic Qualifications & Responsibilities
  • The successful candidate will manage the initial release of the Finance Transformation project
  • Working in conjunction with the Solution Architecture lead for Record to Report executes the design authority for R2R process activities
  • Identification of R2R process performance gaps, based upon the process performance metrics process audits and external benchmark and other data.   
  • He/she will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of the Record to Report strategy and process performance outcomes.  This includes the accountability for the end to end process design for defined Record to Report activities.
The processes involved:
  • Closing Processes
  • General Ledger Account Reconciliations and Analysis
  • Journal Entry Processing
  • Chart of Accounts Master Data Management
  • Accounting for accruals and provisions
  • Statutory and Corporate Reporting
Preferred Skills
  • Experiencing leading a small team of 4 to 6 FTE's under tight deadlines.
  • Conducts regular One on Ones with direct reports to provide real-time affirmative and constructive feedback, including conducting formal Performance Reviews and implementation of growth plans to support career path aspirations.
  • Works with their team in a “hands on manner”
  • Leads projects, process domains and activities and motivates team members.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • College or University degree in Computer Science or relevant
