Job Description
 
Customer and Channels professionals help senior executives to plan, execute, and operationalize customer-centric digital strategies. A professional at this position level within Accenture has the following responsibilities:
 
  • Engaging with the agenda of the Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Digital Officier, and their peers.
  • Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems
  • Closely follows the strategic direction set by senior management when establishing near term goals. Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach. Has some latitude in decision-making.
  • Manages large teams and at a  client or within Accenture.
  • Understands the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals.
  • Uses considerable judgment to determine solution and collaborates to find the best solution for complex problems.
  • Managing business development opportunities
  • Play a wide variety of roles related to delivery and sales, shaping solutions for clients and maintaining and growing industry as their center of gravity.
  • Strong story-telling ability
 
Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA an asset
  • 8+ years working on digital transformation topics including Ecommerce, Marketing, Personalization, Customer Experience and Insights
  • Industry experience in one of more of Retail, Consumer Goods, Transportation
  • 5+ years of strategy or management consulting experience
  • Must be located within 90 minutes of Toronto or Montreal, or be willing to relocate to these areas

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment Desire to work in an information systems environment
  • Managing business development opportunities
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
