       Assess and define tactical and strategic opportunities to enable our clients to achieve new business capabilities using Big Data and analytical tools and technologies.

       Deliver large-scale programs that integrate processes with technology to help clients achieve high performance.

       Design, implement and deploy Big Data solutions and applications that can perform at scale on one or more of the following components data streaming, ingestion, munging, machine learning, publication and analytics. 

Primary Responsibilities

As a Senior Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for crafting and managing the solution development team in the planning, design and development of new projects. Clearly understand client business requirements that form a product or solution. You will mentor a team of software developers, technical architects and staff level employees. You will champion engineering and operational excellence. Be ready to resolve any issues and solve problems throughout project life cycle. Work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment. Be able to perform project-level estimation. The senior delivery lead must work close to the technology and team being implemented with recent experience adding value to development and architecture activities.


Job Description


Exemplify the delivery culture of Think Big provide advice to clients and product teams on process, style, and techniques to ensure quality delivery.  The senior delivery manager will work by leading/assisting with customer proposals, and assist in designing and deploying change management activities to accelerate uptake of big data, analytics and artificial intelligence capabilities. The Senior Delivery Lead must be able to advise upon, lead and work on high impact activities within the technology development lifecycle, and provide advisory work for the IT function itself.


Overall the Senior Delivery Lead will be responsible for the successful implementation and sustainment of the Big Data & Analytics practice. Will be required to leads a cross-functional team that is responsible for agreed-upon business outcomes. ­


Will champion the Big Data strategy development and planning activities by working closely with key client stakeholders to define the client’s strategy and work streams required to achieve it. The individual will analyze and prioritize work streams, construct the Big Data strategic roadmap, and obtain the support required to implement it. ­


He or she will be leading the growth of the pipeline by driving work streams to identify new opportunities based upon agreed-upon prioritization criteria while ensuring alignment with the client’s strategy. ­


The individual will be required to provide thought leadership on emerging trends in Big Data, Analytics and Artificial Intelligence, assessing the potential impact on the client’s strategy

• 10+ years of Banking, Capital Markets and/or Insurance industry experience

• 10+ years consulting experience

• 10+ experience in scoping and delivering technology innovation services

• 5+ year of Big Data and/or Analytics experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant area of study. Advanced degree preferred
